摘要
目的:分析自闭症儿童的脑电图特点及β频带功率。方法:选择2008~2012年在我院脑电图室检查的自闭症患儿并设对照组,分析其脑电图特点及口频带功率。结果:38例2岁零3个月至8岁的患儿中,脑电图正常范围15例,非药物性β活动增多11例,背景活动慢化及节律失调5例;伴尖波、棘波7例,其中6例为局灶性放电,主要在中央、中后颞区,1例为少量阵发广泛性棘慢波。睡眠期额区尖形θ波2例;枕区α节律较同龄儿快1例。自闭症组额区β功率为(5.22±2.35)μV^2,中央区为(4.63±2.82)μV^2,对照组额区β功率为(4.49±2.07)μV^2,中央区为(3.29±2.07)μV^2,P〉0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论:自闭症患儿的脑电图常伴有不同类型的非特异性异常,明显高于正常儿童,主要表现为非药物性快波增多、局灶性痫样放电、背景节律慢化和节律失调等。自闭症患儿额、中央区β频带功率与对照组相比差异无统计学意义。
Objective: To analyze the EEG and beta power of children with autism. Methods: The patients with autism and the control group were involved in our EEG department from 2008 to 2012, so as to analyze the EEG characteristics and beta power. Results:Of all the 38 patients, 15 are normal. Non --pharmaceutical beta activity increased in 11 cases; the slow background activities and disrhythmia occurred in 5 cases. Spike and were showed in 7 cases, including local discharges in 6 cases, which were mainly found in central and temporal areas; Generalize spike and waves were showed in 1 case; Frontal sharp theta during sleep appeared in 2 cases; The alpha activity was faster than that of his age in one case;In both children with β power of autism and controls there was no statistical difference{ F3(5.22±2.35)μV^2 vs(4.49±2.07)μV^2 ,C3(4.63±2.82)μV^2 vs(3.29±2.07)μV^2,P〉0. 05}. Conclusion:Children with autism often have different types of non-specific EEG. It is higherthan that of normal children; most of them are increasing non-pharmaceutical beta activity or focal epileptic discharges or the background slow and disrhythmia. β power in frontal and central areas of autism and controls is no statisticaldifference .
