摘要
随着网络影响范围的日益扩大,依托于H.323的应用也越来越普遍。H.323视频会议系统的研制过程中所面临主要难题就是视频编解码子系统的设计。本文首先对视频信源编码进行阐述,之后对音视频同步及视频抖动平滑进行分析。
