摘要
目的:观察黎药金不换和胃汤治疗肝胃不和型慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将148例肝胃不和型慢性胃炎患者随机分为治疗组76例和对照组72例。治疗组服用金不换和胃汤;对照组服用奥美拉唑胶囊和多潘立酮片。两组均治疗4周后观察疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为92.1%,对照组为69.4%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:金不换和胃汤治疗肝胃不和型慢性胃炎疗效显著,无明显毒副作用。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Li Medicine,Jin-Bu-Huan He-Wei Decoction,on chronic gastritis,identified as liver-stomach disharmony.Methods： 148 patients with chronic gastritis,identified as liver-stomach disharmony,were randomly divided into treatment and control group respectively with 76 and 72 cases.Patients were treated with Jin-BuHuan He-Wei Decoction in treatment group,and omeprazole as well as domperidone tabletsthe in control group.The clinical effect was observed in 4 weeks.Results： The total effective rate was 92.1% and 69.4% respectively in treatment and control group,with significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion： Jin-Bu-Huan He-Wei Decoction can provide obvious curative effect for chronic gastritis,which was identified as liver-stomach disharmony,without obvious side effect.
