摘要
目的:改进肠炎宁糖浆的过滤制备工艺。方法:以涤纶滤布替代原滤纸置于板框过滤机上,并添加滑石粉做助滤剂,用于过滤肠炎宁糖浆,即得澄清制剂,并与原滤纸进行对比。结果:改进工艺同样可获得澄清制剂,并符合质量要求。结论:改进过滤工艺良好,具有减轻劳动强度,且生产成本低的优势。
OBJECTIVE：To improve the filtration technique of Changyanning Syrup. METHODS： Terylene filter cloth was used as a substitution for filter paper to be put on the Plate and frame filter; clarified preparation was obtained using pulvis talei as the filtration aid for filtering Changyanning Syrup. The preparation filtered by Terylene filter cloth was compared with that by filter paper. RESULTS： Clarified preparation can be obtained from the improved technique and which is up to the quality requirement. CONCLUSION： The improved filtration technique of Changyanning Syrup turned to be satisfactory in that in involves less labor intensity and lest cost of production.
