摘要
痛风性关节炎(gouty arthritis,GA)是嘌呤代谢障碍引起的血尿酸浓度过高导致尿酸盐结晶沉积于关节所致的一种代谢性关节疾病。目前临床上大多使用西药控制其急性发作,但都有不良反应,应用天然药物治疗GA已逐步成为研究热点,并取得了一定的成果。对植物药、单体成分以及动物药抗GA及其作用机制进行综述,为开发抗GA的天然药物提供参考。
Gouty arthritis （GA） is a metabolic joint disease caused by uric acid crystal deposition in the joints which was caused by purine metabolic disorder. In clinic, western medicine is used to control the acute attack of GA, but it has toxic side effects. As a result, the application of natural drugs to treat GA has gradually become a research hotspot and certain progresses have been made. This paper gives a brief review on the research progress in treating GA and the mechanisms of herbal, constituent, and animal drugs, which lays the basis for the development of natural drugs used for treating GA.
