摘要
目的探讨胃息肉患者氩气刀(APC)治疗后的观察与护理要点。方法对内镜中心2011年9月收治的内镜下行APC治疗的58例胃息肉患者进行密切观察和护理,并进行回顾性分析和总结。结果 58例胃息肉患者经APC治疗及护理后,胃息肉消失,密切观察各种不良反应是关键。结论根据APC治疗机制,结合护理相关知识,采用行之有效的护理措施可以提高胃息肉治愈率,减少并发症的发生。APC治疗胃息肉快捷、方便、安全、有效。
Objective To explore the key points of observation and care on the patients with gastric polyps after argon plasma coagulation（APC） treatment.Methods 58 patients with gastric polyps undergoing endoscopic APC enrolled in the endoscopy center in September 2011 were closely observed and nursed,meantime the retrospective analysis and summarization were conducetd.Results After APC treatment and care in 58 cases of gastric polyps,gastric polyps disappeared.Close observation of a variety of adverse reactions was the key.Conclusion According to the mechanism of APC treatment combined with the nursing related knowledge,adopting the effective care measures can improve the cure rate of gastric polyps and reduce the occurrenc eof complications.APC is fast,convenient,safe and effective in treating gastric polyps.
