摘要
目的:探讨六白菖砂汤治疗脾肾阳虚型强直性脊柱炎的效果。方法:2012年1月～2012年12月,河南省中医院骨科门诊共收治35例脾肾阳虚型强直性脊柱炎患者,均给予口服六白菖砂汤加减配合中成药治疗,并随访观察治疗效果。结果:35例患者,显效18例,有效15例,无效2例,总有效率94.3%。结论:六白菖砂汤加减治疗脾肾阳虚型强直性脊柱炎安全有效。
Objective： To observe clinical effects of the Liubai Changsha decoction on treating AS ofPishen Yangxu. Methods： 35 patients in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2012 were given Liubai Changsha decoction orally plus modified TCM medicine, and follow-up to observe the effect. Results： 18 cases were markedly effective, 15 cases were effective, 2 cases were invalid, the total efficiency was 94.3%. Conclusion： The Liubai Changsha decoction is effective in treating AS ofPishen Yangxu.
