摘要
随着城市化的发展,城市雨洪灾害问题日益突出,传统的雨洪管理模式已不适合城市的健康发展。低影响开发雨洪管理(LID)的应用使开发后城市的水文功能尽可能接近开发之前的状况,是一种可持续雨洪管理新模式。文章概述归纳了LID的理念、技术及国外应用效果,并对我国应用LID提出了建议。
With the development of urbanization,the urban rainwater disaster is more and more serious.Traditional stormwater management mode is not suitable for the healthy development of the city.Stormwater management of low-impact development（LID） applications makes the developed urban hydrology function as close as possible to pre-development hydrologic functions.It is a new model of a sustainable stormwater management.The article summarized it＇s concept,technology,foreign application effect and give some suggestions for our country.
