电控发动机冷起动困难故障诊断方法

摘要 电控发动机冷起动困难是汽车运行中的常见故障之一。发动机冷起动时由于环境温度低、燃油雾化不良、润滑不良等原因,对燃油供给、点火、冷却等系统的条件要求要比热态时更为苛刻,而且对蓄电池电压和起动机的转速等也有要求。同时发动机电控系统的部分传感器工作异常也会引起发动机冷起动困难故障的发生,因此对于电控发动机起动困难的故障要根据相关因素进行综合分析和排除。针对电控发动机冷启动的故障现象,对引发故障的原因进行了分析,并设计了合理的故障诊断流程图。 Cold start difficulty of electronically controlled engine is one of the common faults in the operation of the vehicle.Due to low environmental temperature,poor fuel atomization,poor lubrication and other reasons during engine cold start,the requirements for duel supply,ignition and cooling system are higher than in thermal state.And there are also requirements for the battery voltage and starter speed and etc..At the same time,abnormalities of part of the working sensor for engine electronic control system can also cause cold start difficulties.So for the fault of electronically controlled engine starting difficulty,it is necessary to carry out comprehensive analysis and elimination of the related factors.According to the fault phenomena of electronically controlled engine cold start,the causes of failure are analyzed,and the reasonable flow chart of fault diagnosis is designed.
