企业管理就是对企业的生产经营活动进行计划,组织,指挥,协调和控制。管理是决定现代企业经营成败的一个关键因素。本文开门见山,首先阐述了决定企业管理重要性的几个因素,又结合企业的外部生存环境、内部组织结构、主客体关系、组织目标和激励机制等方面深入探析企业管理的重要意义,以便进一步优化企业管理架构,扩大经济效益和社会效益。
Enterprise management refers to the planning, organizing, commanding, coordinating and controlling of enterprise production and operation. Management is a key factor that determines the success of modern enterprises. The first part of this article comes straight to the point and expounds the factors deciding the importance of enterprise management. Then, combined with the external environment, internal organizational structure, subject-object relationship, organizational goal and incentive mechanism, the importance of enterprise management is analyzed in depth in order to further optimize the enterprise management structure, and expand the economic and social benefits.
