摘要
目的探讨肺炎支原体(MP感)染诱发小儿哮喘的临床特征及其疗效分析。方法对2007年12月-2012年9月入住广东省东莞市石碣医院的60例MP感染而诱发小儿哮喘患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析,将其随机均分为A组与B组,各30例。A组采用阿奇霉素和红霉素进行治疗,B组采用阿奇霉素、红霉素以及喘乐宁进行联合治疗,对比两组的临床效果;另外选择60例未受MP感染的小儿哮喘患者,对比分析患儿的临床特征。结果 (1)B组患儿治疗后临床症状改善和病情复发情况明显优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)未受MP感染患儿与受MP感染患儿在喘息特征热、程以及肺部X线摄片结果等方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿奇霉素、红霉素以及喘乐宁3种药物进行联合使用治疗MP感染诱发的小儿哮喘有效;MP感染诱发的小儿哮喘具有自身的临床特征与,未受MP感染的小儿哮喘临床特征之间差异有统计学意义。
Objective To investigate the clinical features of of mycoplasma pneumoniae （MP） infection-induced asthma in children and its efficacy. Methods Sixty cases of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection induced pediatric asthma admitted to our hospital from December 2007 to September 2012 were retrospectively analyzed, and they were divided into two groups randomly： A group and the B group. The A group（n=30） were accepted azithromycintreatment, the B group （n=30） were given for combination therapy with azithromycin, erythromycin, and salbutamol. And the efficacy between the two groups were compared. Another 60 cases of infection by mycoplasma pneumoniae pediatric asthma were chosen, the clinical features of the two groups of children were compared.Results （1） The improvement of clinical symptoms and disease recurrence the B group patients was significantly higher than the A group in after treatment, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; （2） there was a significant difference（P〈0.05） by MP infection in children in respite characteristics, thermal process and a lung X-ray radiography results compared with children with no- MP infection.Conclusion Combination of azithromycin, erythromycin, and salbutamol are effective in treatment of children with MP infection-induced asthma; the MP infection-induced asthma in children has its own clinical characteristics, and has a statistically significant difference with unaffected MP infect on in the clinical features of pediatric asthma.
