摘要
目的 :为提高睑黄瘤治疗后的美容效果 ,方法 :对 1 8例睑黄瘤患者进行了手术切除联合重睑术。并与接受 CO2激光治疗的 1 6例患者作了对照。结果 :手术治疗 、 级痊愈率之和为 88.9% ( P<0 .0 0 1 ) ,术后感染率为 5.5% ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,平均治愈时间为 8天 ,结论
Objective:In order to improve cosmetic effect of lid Xanthomatosis Methods:We combined excision with double fold eyelid operation to treat to 18 cases of lid Xanthomatosis established CO 2 Laser contrast group The results demonstrated Results:The total cure rate of Ⅰ and Ⅱ grade by operation was 88 9%(P<0 001),the postoperative infection rate was 5 5%(P<0 01). Conclusions:It that excision with double fold eyelid operation could achieved good cosmetic results Scar free and speediness with little injure
