摘要
文中通过工程建设、生产管理和实地考察,结合前处理电泳设备的特点和实际使用效果,对两种不同输送形式的汽车涂装底漆线进行详细的分析和对比,并根据各自优缺点提出底漆线输送设备的新理念。
Through project construction participation,production management and on-the-spot investigation,and per the PTED equipments characteristics and real application results,the author performed a detailed analysis and comparisons to the two types of conveyors in ED line as for auto coating and brought up the new concept for the conveyor equipments of ED line based on its advantages and disadvantages.
