通过对新乡市的实地调查,文中从网购物流客户特征、网购物流配送速度、网购物流配送费用、网购物流配送服务质量、网购物流相关服务质量等方面对该市网购物流服务存在的问题进行了分析。
Through a survey on logistics services,the article analysis logistics in Xinxiang from the customer characteristics of online shopping community,online shopping logistics delivery speed,online shopping logistics delivery costs,online shopping distribution service quality and other aspects of online shopping service quality.
