摘要
随着市场竞争的日益加剧,大部分企业开始关注"第三利润源",即物资流通活动,而运输成本是企业物流成本的主要部分,所以运输的合理优化是钢铁企业挖潜增效、拓宽利润空间的有效渠道。文中从钢铁企业生产物流出发进行运输系统规划与设计,对企业降低物流成本,提高生产效率具有重要推动作用,并针对运输系统规划建立综合评价指标体系,为评价规划方案做依据。
With the aggravation of the market competition,the majority of enterprises started to pay attention to ＂the third profit source＂,which the logistics activities,The transportation cost is the main part of enterprise logistics cost,so the optimization of transportation are effective channels of iron and steel enterprises increase,expand the profit space.In this paper,starting from the iron and steel enterprises production logistics system planning and design of transportation,for enterprises to reduce logistics cost,improve production efficiency plays an important role in promoting,And for the transportation system planning and the establishment of a comprehensive evaluation system,as basis for evaluation plan.
