摘要
某发电厂2号机组因锅炉变差动保护装置故障引起机组MFT。通过对机组跳闸事件的原因分析,探讨了热控软件组态与就地设备电气控制回路设计相匹配的重要性。应提高软件组态的可靠性,防止因软件组态不合理而使保护误动或拒动,且要避免因某单个设备故障引起其他设备的一系列异常联锁反应,以防止故障扩大。
The malfunction of boiler differential protection device causes MFT in power plant #2 unit.By cause analysis and preventive measures adopted against the trip event,the importance of matching between IC software configuration and electrical control circuit design of local devices is discussed.To improve the reliability of thermal control system,reliability of both hardware of control system and software configuration should be improved to prevent protection malfunction or refuse operation due to unreasonable software configuration and a chain of abnormal interlocking actions of other equipment because of a single equipment failure to prevent the event from expansion.
