人事档案不仅是人员信息的重要载体,同时也是人力资源管理的重要组成部分。科学的人事档案管理能促进人力资源的开发和使用。在现代社会,人事档案管理必须适应现代化管理的要求,积极拓展服务职能,为人力资源开发提供强有力的保障。
Personnel files are not only the important carrier of personnel information, but also an important part of human resources management. Scientific personnel files management will promote the development and application of human resources. Nowadays, personnel files management must adapt to the requirements of modem management and expand the service functions actively to supply the effective guarantee for human resources.
