摘要
面对不断变化的未来不确定战场环境,在有限资源和一定技术水平下,导弹使用单位需要辨识与明确导弹装备的质量水平。论文提出了将专家调查法与贝叶斯网络法相结合,发挥专家调查法对于模糊信息的定量判断能力,突出贝叶斯网络方法处理非线性关系及预测和诊断的能力,对导弹装备的质量水平进行预测、诊断和科学合理的评估。用专家调查法对导弹的各质量指标、对导弹整体质量的影响重要度进行描述,在科学选取导弹装备质量指标的基础上构建了基于贝叶斯网络的导弹装备质量评估模型,利用贝叶斯网络的推理功能提出了质量水平的计算方法。最后,以实例进行了验证。
The Army that equiped with missile needs to recognize and be explicit about the quality level of missile under the limited resources and certain technique level facing to future continuously changing battlefield environment.The paper puts forward a method combining expert investigation method and Bayes network method together to estimate,diagnose and valuate the quality of missile equipment scientifically and legitimately,which develops expert investigation method’s mensurable judgment ability for the faintness information and outstands Bayes network method’s ability to deal with the non-line relations,estimate and diagnose.The paper describes the importance levels of each quality index to missile quality based on expert investigation method firstly,and sets up the quality valuation model of missile equipment based on Bayes network while selecting the quality index scientifically secondly,and then puts forward calculation method of quality level according to reasoning function of Bayes network,and carries on an examination by solid example at the end.
