摘要
光电传感器是真空镀膜设备的眼睛,是实现颜色判断、工艺调整的必要手段。针对原光电传感装置存在的弊端,提出了一种可行的改造方案。采用反射系统将发射信号和接收信号放置在真空腔体的顶部,避免信号被物体阻挡,提高了装置的识别判断能力和系统的安全性,为检修和更换也带来了方便。
Photoelectric sensor is the eyes of vacuum coating equipment and is necessary for color discrimination and craft adjustment . A feasible plan was put forward aiming at the drawbacks of former photoelectric sensor. The transmitting and receiving signals were passed through the top of the vacuum cavity by using reflective system to prevent the signals from blocking by objects, which improves the discrimination effect and system safety and provides convenience for repair and maintenance.
