摘要
某输电线路在局部短时大风下,三基输电杆塔连环倒塌。针对该安全事故,开展现场勘查、材质试验、有限元仿真计算和倒塔原因分析。分析表明该220 kV输电线路耐张段三基杆塔连环倒塌原因是拉门塔倒塌后托拽所致。主柱基础的设计缺陷是拉门塔倒塌的主要原因,拉线松弛和螺栓松动是倒塔的间接原因。结合工程实际,提出对应的整改措施。
The collapses of three transmission towers was caused by intense storm at a local domain. According to the safety accidents, field investigation, material test and finite element simnlation and cause analysis of tower collapse are carried out. Analysis shows that heavy tension of collapsed guyed portal tower caused the collapse of three towers of 220 kV transmission line. The main reason of guyed portal tower collapse is design defect of main column base, and stay cable relaxation and bolt looseness are the indirect causes. Combined with engineering practice, corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
