摘要 莱钢4号265m2烧结机通过降低漏风率、热风烧结、低碳厚料层烧结等措施降低固体燃耗、电耗、煤气消耗,工序能耗明显降低,改善了烧结矿冶金性能,取得了显著的经济效益。 The measures of decreasing solid fuel consumption, electricity consumption and gas con- sumptlon such as preventing air leakage, hot air sintering, and by increasing the sintering bed depth etc were adopted by Lalsteel 265m^2 sintering plant. Then the process energy consumption was lowered, and the metallurgical properties were improved, the obvious economical benefit was obtained.
