摘要
系统地分析了基于节能效益分享的EPC模型,该模型围绕节能效益的产生、确定和分享三个环节展开,详细讨论了EPC的执行过程、关键点和风险控制,并重点分析了EPC的优势,主要包括客户零风险和设备维护的平滑过渡。EPC模型在某炼钢厂5台钢包烘烤器的蓄热式节能改造中的应用取得了良好效果。
EPC model based energy - saving sharing was analyzed. This model was involved in pro- duction, determination and sharing of energy saving. And the execution process of EPC and the control about key points were discussed. EPC has some advantages, such as the zero risk of customer and the smooth transition of equipment maintenances. The EPC model applied in 5 ladle toasters at a steel- making plant obtained the good effect in application.
