摘要
从主编的现状入手 ,结合青年编辑的来源和知识结构两方面 ,论述了师专学报青年编辑继续教育的必要性和紧迫性 。
Starting with the actuality of an editor in chief,with the origin and knowledge structure of the youth editors combined,it is discussed that it is necessary and pressing for the youth editors to be reeducated.At the same time,it sets forth the reeducating contents and measures.
