摘要
知识农业是知识密集型农业经济形态 ,以信息和知识的生产、存贮和使用为基础 ,发展的支柱是高新技术。我国传统农业面临的主要问题 :农业生产的技术手段落后 ,农业科技进步贡献率低 ,农业科技推广网络不完善 ,农业科技投资严重不足等。发展我国知识农业 ,应依靠科技进步改造传统农业 ,加大对农业科研的投入力度 ,改革农业科研体制 。
Intellectual or knowledge based agriculture is an economic form of knowledge intensity, which, based on production, store and application of information and knowledge, develops by high technology as a main pillar. What main problems our traditional agriculture faces is technological level and means lagging behind, less contribution and incomplete network of agricultural technology spreading and lack of technologically agricultural investment. The development of our Intellectual agriculture must transform our traditional agriculture by technological and scientific progress, increase more inputs in agricultural science and technology, revolutionize agricultural science and research system and speed up agricultural knowledge and technology innovation.
