老年人慢性支气管炎的临床护理 被引量：9

摘要 目的观察中西医结合治疗慢性支气管炎患者过程中施加护理干预的临床效果。方法选择住院治疗的老年慢性支气管炎患者112例，在中西医结合治疗的基础上施加健康教育、心里护理、专科护理以及院外指导等护理干预措施。结果112例老年慢性支气管炎患者均出院，其中达到临床控制标准108例，显效4例，有效率100％。患者随访均超过1年，随访期间急性发作2例，复发率为1．8％。护理满意度调查结果显示护理满意度为100％。结论采用中西医结合治疗老年人慢性支气管炎的过程中施加护理干预措施利于慢性支气管炎急性发作症状的缓解，有效控制急性发作的次数，提高患者的生活质量。
