摘要
目的观察大鼠脑缺血-再灌注损伤时MgSO4对皮层脑电图、肢体运动功能及血Mg2+浓度的影响。方法 用改良的大脑中动脉线栓法建立大鼠脑缺血-再灌注模型,进行皮层脑电图描记、血清Mg2+浓度测定及运动功能 评估。结果 MgSO4能减少扩展性抑制波(SDs)产生数(P<0.05);10% MgSO4治疗组疗效优于5%MgSO4组,且早 期给药效果更佳(P<0.05)。结论MgSO4作为兴奋性氨基酸(EEAs)非竞争性N-甲基-D-天门冬氨酸受体(NMDA- R)拮抗剂可有效减少SDs产生数,对大鼠脑缺血-再灌注损伤有保护作用。
Objective To observe the changes of conical spreading depressions (SDs), motive function and Mg2+ concentration in serum in rats with ischemia-reperfusion treated by MgSO4 .Methods The animal model of reformed middle cerebral artery occlusion was made in 120 rats. The changes of cortical SDs and Mg2+ concentration in serum in the rats were observed. Twenty-four hours after operation, the motive function was evaluated according to 0 - 5 grades.Results The motive function in rats was obviously improved after given higher dose of MgSO4 in earlier stage; MgSO4 significantly reduced the number of SDs; 10% MgSO4 has better neuroprotective effect than 5% MgSO4 and the much better effect was found in the MgSO4 group given in earlier stage. Conclusion MgSO4 as a non-competitive of NMDA-R can reduce the number of SDs significantly and exhibit protective effect during cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.
