摘要
基地教学是以基地为载体的实践性教学活动，是符合任职教育需要、体现现代教育理念以及符合认知规律的教学方法和模式。发展基地教学是任职教育改革的重要方向，对提升学员能力素质、拓展人才培养模式，有着重要的意义。
Base teaching is the practical teaching activities with a base as the carrier. It＇s a kind of teaching method and pattern in line with meeting the professional educational needs, reflecting the idea of modern education and cognitive rule. The development of base teaching is an essential direction for the reform of the professional education, which plays a vital role in enhancing participants＇ ability and expanding training models.
