摘要
应用PLTL 1型翠绿宝石染料激光仪对1072例雀斑进行治疗。波长510nm，脉宽100μs，光斑直径3mm，能量密度1.75J/cm2。结果：痊愈875例(81.6％)，显效191例(17.8％),无效6例，总有效率99.4％。
One thousand and seventy two cases of patients with freckle were treated with alexandrite dye laser of fluences 1.75J/cm2 and 510nm ware length, 100μ s pulse width, 3mm spot size. 875 cases(81.6％ ) were cured, 191 cases(17.8％ ) had marked effect, and 6 cases without effect the total cure rate was 99.4％ .
