产后早期盆底康复治疗对女性盆底功能恢复作用的探讨 被引量:19

摘要 目的探讨产后早期行盆底康复治疗,对女性产后盆底功能恢复的作用。方法选择产后42d自愿接受盆底康复治疗的250例产妇,随机分为对照组:单纯进行一般产后健康教育,治疗组:使用产后盆底肌肉刺激治疗仪进行康复治疗。2组均于产后6月随访,并评价产后早期盆底康复治疗对盆底功能恢复的作用。结果治疗组盆底功能恢复比对照组显著提高,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论经过早期盆底康复治疗有效恢复盆底功能,预防女性盆底功能障碍性疾病的发生。
