水厂铁矿露天挂帮矿回收技术研究 被引量:5

Study on recovery technology of open pit hanging wall ore in Shuichang Iron Mine

摘要 挂帮矿回收不仅能提高矿产资源利用率,还能缓解矿山中后期开采的供矿压力,具有重要的经济价值。在分析水厂铁矿北采场41#—49#勘探线间挂帮矿矿体特征和赋存条件的基础上,圈定挂帮矿回收范围和矿量,设计回采工艺方案,并通过控制爆破减震技术和边坡变形实时监测保障回采过程的安全。回收方案实施改善了边坡的稳定状况,为矿山带来了巨大的经济收益。 The recovery of hanging wall ore has an important economic value. It not only improves the utiliza- tion of mineral resources, but also eases the ore supply pressure in the later mining. Based on the analysis of ore characteristics and occurrence conditions of the hanging wall ore among 41#-49# exploration line on north stope in Shuichang Iron Mine, the hanging wall ore recovery range and the amount of ore are delineated, then the mining technology method is designed. The shock absorption technology of controlled blasting and real-time monitoring of slope deformation are adopted to protect the safety of the recovery process. The implementation of recycling method improves the slope stability condition and brings huge economic benefits for the mine.
