摘要
本文分析了反应性关节炎 (ReA)误诊为化脓性关节炎、结核性关节炎及类风湿关节炎的原因 ,总结了ReA的临床特点及治疗方法 ,认为HLA -B2 7是ReA相关性抗原 ,对诊断ReA有指导性意义。
