摘要
目的:探讨大龄儿童弱视治疗效果。方法:观察9-16岁的弱视78例98只眼,采用验光配镜、遮盖、精细目力训练,联合红光闪烁和视觉刺激等综合治疗,平均治疗18个月,平均随访28个月。结果:治愈50只眼(51.02%),进步30只眼(30.61%),无效18只眼(18.37%)。其中9-12岁组治愈36只眼(54.54%),13-16岁组治愈14只眼(46.87%)。13-16岁组疗效与注视性质、弱视类型、弱视程度相关。结论:大龄儿童弱视治疗大部分有效,对大龄儿童及青少年弱视的治疗应持积极的态度。
Objective： To explore the treatment of amblyopia in older children. Method： Observed 98 eyes of 78 amblyopia children between nine to sixteen years old. Optometry, cover, fine eyesight training, combining with red light flashes and visual stimulation were adopted. The average time of treatment was 18 months,and the average time of follow-up was 28 months. Result： 50 eyes were cured（ 51.02% ） ,30 eyes were progressive（30.61% ） ,18 eyes were invalid（ 18.37% ）. The number of cured in the group of 9 to 12years was 36 eyes（54.54% ） ,and 14 eyes（46.87%）in the group of 13 to 16 years. The effect of 13 to 16 group was associated with the watching nature the type of amblyopia and the degree of amblyopia. Conclusion： The treatment of amblyopia in most older children was effective. For the treatment of older and young amblyopia, we should adopt a positive attitude.
