从信息学的角度分析诱导性多潜能干细胞的研究现状 被引量:2

摘要 目的通过分析诱导性多潜能干细胞(iPS)领域科研投入、研究和产出等信息,了解该领域研究现状。方法利用文献计量学等信息分析方法,分析SCIE数据库、NIH RePORTER项目数据库、DII专利数据库、Clinicaltrials数据库收录的iPS细胞相关信息。结果美国和中国对iPS细胞领域研究资助力度持续加大;美国和日本在iPS细胞研究领域占据主导地位,相比之下,中国虽然在iPS细胞领域论文和专利总量均位居第三,但论文质量相对较低,也没有形成诸如哈佛大学和京都大学等具有国际竞争力的核心科研机构。结论我国应持续加大iPS细胞研究领域的科研投入,加快基础研究向临床应用的转化水平,并在重视科研产出量的同时更要着重提高科研质量。 Objective To evaluate the research status on induced pluripotent stem cells(iPS cells), by analyzing the scientific research inputs and outputs, the clinical trails related to iPS cells. Methods Using information analysis methods such as Bibliometric method, the related information on iPS cells in SCIE, NIH REPORTER, Clinicaltrails databases were analyzed. Results US and China had invested a large amount of money on iPS cells; US and Japan played a dominant role on iPS cells. Although the number of scientific papers and patents of China ranked third, the quality of the papers is poor. China dose not have top research institutions. Conclusions China should continue to increase the scientific research inputs on iPS ceils, accelerate the translational procedure from basic research to clinical application. At the same time, China should devote to improve the scientific research quality as the scientific research outputs increase.
