摘要
针对相贯节点圆管结构管件加工过程中节省原料以及连续切割的要求,提出了相贯节点圆管结构排料的新方法。提出端面为任意形状的圆管结构的表达方式,并利用管件的展开图,定义并计算了两根管件排料过程中管件端口间的距离,并通过比较端口间的距离,确定两根管件间的最短距离,进而确定了两根杆件的最佳结合位置,从而得到端面为任意形状的杆件的排料方式,并对此种排料方式进行仿真验证,保证排料结果能直接应用在实际加工过程中。此种排料方式算法简单,易于实现,结果符合实际要求。
A new method is presented of layout for intersection welding pipe structure in connection with the actual situation that the processing of intersection welding pipe structure requires to economize raw materials and cut consecutively.Given the expression of arbitrary shaped pipes ,the distance between the ends of the two arbitrary shaped pipes through the process of layout is defined and calculated,by using ex- panded diagram of pipe, The most short distance of two pipes is determined by contrasting the distance of their ends ,thus calculating the best position between two pipes ,and an improved method of layout of arbi- trary shaped pipes has been presented and this method is validated with experiment and simulation in order to make sure the result of layout being used in practical processing.The algorithm of the method is simple and easy to implement,and the result of layout correspond with the practical requirements.
