摘要
目的探讨跟骨骨折切开复位内固定术后伤口并发症的诱发因素。方法选择2010年2月—2012年5月期间48例(51足)跟骨骨折患者,均采用了切开复位内固定术治疗,术后对伤口愈合情况进行观察。其中男33例,女15例;年龄23～58岁,平均31岁。单侧为45例,双侧3例。结果 51侧中8足出现了伤口并发症,发生率为15.7%,表现为切口皮肤坏死、渗液、感染,切口愈合不良等。其余42侧愈合良好。结论患者骨折发生的原因、手术技巧、手术时间以及术后护理等均会对并发症的发生率产生影响,预防和防治术后并发症是减少其发生的关键。
Objective To analyze the risk causes of the complications after open reduction and internal fixation of calcaneal frac- ture. Methods In the study, 48 patients （51 feet） with fractured calcaneus received open reduction and internal fixation from February 2010 to May 2012 were chosen, including 45 cases of one side and 3 cases of both sides. The ages of the patients （33 males and 15 females） arranged from 23 to 58, an average of 31. Results Complications were found in 8 feet （rate of 15.7%）, while other 42 cases were heal well. Wound necrosis, seepage, infection and wound malunion were noted in the study. Conclusion Com- plications are impacted by the causes of fractures, surgical skills, operation time and postoperative nursing. Early measures should be taken to keep complications from happening.
