摘要
目的探索早期诊断Ⅱ型糖尿病下肢血管病变的方法.方法糖尿病病人随机分为A、B二组.A组86例进行双下肢彩色多普勒检查:B组92例进行肢体血流图检查.结果A组阳性检出率为89%,B组阳性检出率为70%,二组比较P<0.05.结论多普勒超声显象灵敏度高,有助于早期诊断糖尿病下肢动脉病变,准确性和定位价值均比肢体血流图好.
[Abstract] Objective To explore the early diagnostic of pelvic limb angiopathy in patients with type II diabetes. Methods Patients were divided into A and B groups randomly.The double pelvic limbs were meusured by colour Doppler in 86 cases in A group.92 cases were measure by extremity flow image in B group.Results The positive detecting rates were 89% in A group and 70% in B group(P < 0.05) .Conclusion Ultrosonography Doppler imaging had high sensitivity and were helpful to diagnose peivic limb arteriopathy with early diabetes.Both the accuracy and location of colour Doppler were better than those of extremity flow image.
