摘要
目的 :探讨超声心动图对法乐氏四联症 (TOF)根治术疗效的评价。方法 :对 31例 TOF根治术患者术前及术后一周行彩色超声心动图检查。结果 :术后右室流出道 (RVOT)、肺动脉 (PA)、左肺动脉 (L PA)、右肺动脉 (RPA)内径较术前明显增宽 (P=0 .0 0 0 1) ,肺动脉瓣最大血流速度 (PAVmax)、肺动脉跨瓣压差 (PG)较术前明显降低 (P=0 .0 0 0 1)。结论 :RVOT、 PA、 L PA、 RPA、 PAVmax、
Objective:Evaluate the effects of radical operation of tetralogy of Fallot by echocardiography.Methods:Echocardiography examination was conducted in 31 patients with tetralogy of Fallot.Results:The inside diameter of right ventricular outflow tract(RVOT),pulmonary artery(PA),left pulmonary artery(LPA),right pulmonary artery(RPA) increased significantly after operation( P=0 0001) .Maximal blood velocity of pulmonary valve opening(PAV max ) and pulmonary valve pressure gradient(PG) decreased markably after operation( P=0 0001) .Conclusion:Effects of radical operation of tetralogy of Fallot can be evaluated by RVOT,PA,LPA,RPA,PAV max and PG.
