摘要
目的 :探讨营养治疗对肺心病患者的临床疗效。方法 :对作营养治疗的 2 4例肺心病伴营养不良患者进行动脉血气分析检查。结果 :营养治疗组 Pa CO2 下降显著 (与对照组比较 P<0 .0 5 ,与治疗前比较 P<0 .0 1) ,两组 Pa O2 上升相似。结论 :营养治疗能减轻肺心病患者的呼衰程度 。
Objective:To investigate the therapy effect of nutrition therapy on patients with pulmonary heart disease.Methods:Arterial blood gases were analyzed on 24 patients with pulmonary heart disease when nutrition therapy conducted.Results:After therapy,the PaCO 2 level of nutrition therapy group decreased significantly than control group( P <0 05),and also better than before therapy( P <0 01).PaO 2 level in two groups increased similarly.Conclusion:Nutrition therapy can reduce the degree of respiratory failure,and increase clinic therapy effects.
