摘要
应用反相高效液相色谱法 ,采用 5 μm Hypebsil ODS色谱柱 ,以 0 .1mol/ L磷酸二氢钠溶液∶甲醇 (4 0∶ 6 0 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 6 8nm,建立了同时测定复方利福平胶囊中异烟肼、利福平的含量测定法。采用外标对照法测定 ,方法平均回收率在 99.0 0 %以上 ,相对标准差小于 1.0 %。结果令人满意。
This paper reports a simultaneous determination method of two components in compound rifampicin capsules. Using RP HPLC with a Hypebsil ODS column (5μm, 4.6mm×250mm) and a mobile phase of 0.1mol/L NaH 2PO 4-CH 3OH (40∶60), detected at 286nm. The standard curve, recovery and the separation showed that the method is satisfactory.
