摘要
目的探索图形视网膜电图（ＰＥＲＧ）、振荡电位（ＯＰＳ）和图形视觉诱发电位（ＰＶＥＰ）联合检测对开角型青光眼早期诊断的价值。方法对 １２例（２０眼）可疑开角型青光眼、３２例（５３眼）早期开角型青光眼和 ３０例（６０眼）正常人进行上述 ３项检测。结果在可疑开角型青光眼组，上述３项检测的阳性率依次为 ５０％、２０％和 １５％，联合检测的阳性率为６５％；在早期开角型青光眼组阳性率依次为６２． ２６％，４５．２８％和 ２８． ３０％，联合检测为 ８５％。结论联合检测较单一检测阳性率高，对开角型青光眼的早期诊断更有意义。
Objective To study the value of combined examination of (OPs) and pattern visual evoked potentials(PVEP) in diagnosis of open angle glaucoma in its early stage. Methods PERG,OPs and PVEP were examined in 12cases(20 eyes ) with suspicious open angle glaucoma,32 cases (53 eyes ) with open angle glaucoma in early stage and 30 cases(60 eyes) of controls without glaucoma. Results The positive rate of PERG, OPs and PVEP in group of suspicious glaucoma was 50%, 20% and 15%, respectively. The positive rate of combined examination was 65%. In group with glaucoma in early stage,it was 62. 26%,45. 28% and 28. 30%, and the rate of combined examination was 85%. Conclusion The positive rates of the combined examination of PERG, OPs and PVEP are higher than that of those examinations analysed seperatively. Combined examination is more important in the diagnosis of open angle glaucoma in early stage.
