摘要
调节是由中枢神经系统与眼睛各个调节相关组织间的相互作用而完成的极其复杂的动态过程。从十九世纪开始就逐渐出现了各种调节机制的学说,其中以Helmholtz的经典调节理论最为著名,但也受到了其他学说的挑战。迄今,调节的机制尚未完全阐明。观察调节系统相关结构在调节过程中的形变是研究调节最直接的方法,也是诠释调节机制最客观的表达。高速发展的成像技术在眼科的应用使之成为可能。本文将从形态学角度阐述利用各种眼科成像技术对活体跟进行的调节研究。
