摘要
目的 了解雌三醇栓阴道给药对老年性阴道炎的临床治疗效果。方法 对 135例老年性阴道炎妇女随机分成两组 :90例治疗组每日将含 2mg的雌三醇栓 1枚放入阴道深部 ,1周后每周放入 1枚 ,连用 8周 ;45例对照组用药为含 0 312 5mg倍美力的倍美力软膏 ,用法同治疗组。结果 治疗组和对照组用药后 ,Kupperman评分明显下降 ,阴道健康评分显著升高 ,血清雌二醇 (E2 )水平上升至卵泡早期水平 ,总胆固醇 (TC)下降 ,甘油三酯(TG)及低密度脂蛋白 (LDL)上升 ,但差异无统计学意义 ,治疗组高密度脂蛋白 (HDL)和HDL/LDL显著升高。结论 雌三醇栓能有效缓解围绝经期症候群 ,改善阴道健康状况。
Objective To determine the clinical effects of intravaginal estriol suppository on senile vaginitis.Methods 135 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups:in treatment group women took one intravaginal estriol suppository (contained 2mg estriol) and in control group women took 0 5 gram intravaginal premarin cream (contains 0 3125mg premarin) per day.1 week later,drugs were taken weekly and this last 8 weeks.Kupperman and vaginal health score were observed,serum lipids, lipoprotein, estradiol, follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) and luteinizing hormone(LH) were measured before and after treatment.Results The Kupperman score decreased significantly(P<0 05) while the vaginal health score increased significantly in each group(P<0 05),serum estradiol increased to early follicle stage level and FSH and LH decreased significantly in two groups(P<0 01),high density lipoprotein(HDL) and HDL/LDL(low density lipoprotein) increased significantly in treatment group(P<0 05).Conclusion Intravaginal estriol suppository is effective in remitting the perimenopausal syndrome and improving the vaginal condition.
