摘要
:利用顶空固相微萃取与气相色谱联用技术 (HS- SPME- GC)对饮用水中的氯仿进行了分析 ,并探讨了 SPME萃取头、吸附和热解吸时间对测定结果的影响 ;聚丙烯酸酯 (PA)萃取头对水中的氯仿有较佳的富集效果 ,方法具有较好的重现性 (RSD为 5.2 3% ,n=8) ,线性范围为 5~ 1 0 0μg/L,检出限为 3.45μg/L。
The headspace solid phase microextraction and gas chromatography was used for detection chloroform in drinking water samples. The operating conditions of SPME were studied such as different kinds of fiber were compared. The absorption time and desorption were also investigated. The results indicated that polyacrylate (PA) was the most apprepriate for the extraction of chloroform in water. The RSD of the method is 5.23%. Linear range of the method is in 5~100 μg/L, and the lowest detection limit is 3.45μg/L .
