湍流建模对透平流热耦合模拟影响研究 被引量:2

The Role of Turbulence Modeling in Gas Turbine Conjugate Heat Transfer

摘要 本文以燃气透平通道内部流热耦合问题为研究背景,探讨了滞止点异常和转捩两个重要湍流模拟问题的不同建模方法并针对该问题给出了合理的湍流建模方案。低雷诺数SST湍流模型只能用于完全发展湍流模拟而无法预测转捩现象,对转捩问题的数值模拟一定要采用适当的转捩模型。对于本文的研究问题,研究结果表明,结合Durbin提出的湍流时间尺度限制器和基于Suzen转捩动量厚度雷诺数拟合公式的γ-Re_(θt)转捩模型能够给出更加符合物理实际的湍流物理场。 This paper discusses two key problems in turbulence modeling of gas turbine internal passage flows, i.e. the stagnation point anomaly and transition, based on conjugate heat transfer analysis technique. It has been found that the low-Reynolds number turbulence model can only be used to simulate fully turbulent flows but not transitional flows, and that appropriate transition models must be used to predict flows with transition. For the cases studied, it has been found that the combination of Durbin's time-scale bound limiter and Suzen's transition momentum thickness Reynolds number correlation could reach more physical-significant flow fields.
