摘要
在常压及 6 5 0℃下 ,考察了CaO ,SrO ,La2 O3,ZnO ,TiO2 ,CeO2 和MnO2 膜上外加电流为 16~ 90mA时传递物系的甲烷氧化偶联反应结果 .结果发现 ,在n型和 p型半导体催化膜上 ,CO2 ,C2 H4 和C2 H6的生成速率都随泵氧量的增加而增大 ,而C2 烃选择性随泵氧量的增加而下降 ,但 p型半导体膜上的C2 烃选择性比n型半导体膜上的要高 ;p型半导体膜上C2 烃选择性与其电导率大小顺序相一致 .增强因子的分析结果表明 ,在传递体系中 ,p型半导体膜上增强因子的值小于 1,但随泵氧量的增加而存在极大值 .在CaO膜上 ,传递体系比开路体系的C2 烃选择性高 。
Oxidative coupling of methane (OCM) over CaO, SrO, La 2O 3, ZnO, TiO 2, CeO 2 and MnO 2 membranes in transport system was studied under the condition of normal pressure, θ =650 ℃, q V (CH 4)=43 ml/min at the inlet, and current I =16~90 mA. It was found that the formation rates of CO 2, C 2H 4 and C 2H 6 increase, but C 2 selectivity decreases with increasing the flux of pumping oxygen. The C 2 selectivity over p type semiconductor membranes is higher than that over n type semiconductor membranes and the order of C 2 selectivity is consistent with that over p type semiconductor membranes. The experimental results proved that the enhanced factors show a maximum at some a flux of pumping oxygen over p type semiconductor membranes, the values of the enhanced factor are all less than 1. The C 2 selectivity in transport system is higher than that in normal system, and it decreases with increasing the pumping oxygen.
