摘要
目的:探讨PDCA循环用于手术室低年资护士管理对提高其工作满意度的影响。方法:将PDCA循环用于低年资护士的管理:根据手术室低年资护士的工作现状,找出现存问题,分析原因及影响因素,制定措施和计划并实施;调查效果,跟进检查,提高措施和计划落实的有效性;总结检查的结果,对未解决的问题,转入下一个PDCA循环。采用明尼苏达满意度问卷,分析比较PDCA循环运用前(2006年1月~2008年12月)和运用后(2009年1月~2011年12月)手术室低年资护士的工作满意度情况。结果:实施PDCA循环管理后低年资护士工作满意度高于实施前(P<0.01)。结论:运用PDCA循环管理可有效提高手术室低年资护士的工作满意度,防止护理人才的流失,稳定护理队伍。
Objective :To explore the influence of PDCA in the management of junior nurses on improving job satisfaction in operating room, Methods: PDCA circulation for junior nurses' management:according to status quo of junior nurses in operation reom,find out the existing problems,reasons and influence factors analysis,formulate measures and plans and implement; survey results, follow- up inspection, improve the effectiveness of measures and implement plans; summary of examination results, the unsolved problems, into the next PDCA cycle. Used Minnesota satisfaction questionnaire(MSQ) to analyze the job satisfaction of junior nurses before used PDCA ( January 2006 to December 2008 ) and after used PDCA ( January 2009 to December 2011 ) in operation room. Results:After used PDCA circulation nurses' job satisfaction were increased,and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: Applieation of PDCA circulation is beneficial to the improvement of nurses' job satisfaction in operating room,to prevent the loss of nursing talents and stable the nursing team.
