摘要
目的探讨肿瘤介入治疗病房护士压力的主要来源和身心健康状况及应对策略。方法便利抽样选择首都医科大学附属北京佑安医院肿瘤介入病房和其他临床科室共计102名护士,采用护士工作压力源量表和SCL-90症状自评量表进行问卷调查,并对结果进行比较。结果肿瘤介入病房护士在工作量、患者护理及人际关系等方面压力源高于其他临床科室,在SCL-90中抑郁、焦虑、敌对性等因子高于其他临床科室护士(均P<0.01)。结论工作压力是影响肿瘤介入病房护士心理健康的重要因素,其身心健康需要积极干预。
Objective To explore the current mental and physical health status of nurses in tumor inter- ventional wards, to figure out the ma）or sources of stress and provide certain solutions. Methods About 102 nurses were investigated with work-related stressors scale and symptom checklist （SCL-90） by con- venience sampling method. Results Nurses in tumor interventional wards are under greater pressure and likely to be more depressed, anxious and hostile. Scores of depression, anxious and hostile in SCL-90 were higher than the other departments （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Work-related stress is the major factor that affects the mental and physical status of nurses from interventional wards, and more active interventions should be put into effect in daily work.
