摘要
大学生就业指导是高等教育体制改革的产物。就业指导有利于大学生的就业与成才 ,促进学校与社会的结合 ,有利于人才资源的合理配置。高校应加强大学生就业指导工作 ,积极为毕业生“自主择业”提供服务。
College students' career guidance is the product of higher educational system reform.It is conducive to college students' choice of their ideal career.It will reinforce the combination of colleges and society,and lead to an appropriate distribution of our personnel resources.Therefore,collgeges and universities should strengthen their students' career guidance and provide active service for their graduates to choose their own ideal career.
