摘要
在对国有经济进行战略性调整的过程中 ,一部分国有资产从原所在行业、部门退出是完全必要的。但国有经济的“退”决不是也不能全面退出竞争性领域。这就要在坚持有进有退的原则下 ,采取多种有效实现形式 。
In the course of the strategic adjustment of state owned economy,it is quite necessary for a certain part of the state ouned assets to withdraw from its original trades.But the state owned economy should not fully withdraw from the copmetitive fields.There shoud be a principle of both forwardness and secession for the state owned economy.Various Kinds of effective ways should be taken to make the state owned economy play a leading role in the national economy.
