摘要
目的:分析128层螺旋CT后处理方法应用于颅咽管瘤的诊断优势,提高诊断准确率。方法:收集我院2008年1月至2012年6月经手术与病理证实的11例颅咽管瘤的影像学资料,采用评分的方法,估算每个病灶的评分值,使用配对t检验,比较常规CT轴位图像与CT轴位结合多平面重建两种方法显示效果有无统计学意义。结果:11例病灶中,肿瘤累及鞍上8例、鞍内2例、鞍上鞍内联合受累1例;CT轴位结合多平面重建与常规CT轴位图像两组间具有统计学意义,有助于显示肿瘤的位置及了解毗邻受累情况。结论:CT增强结合多平面重建处理,可以明显增加影像诊断信息,多角度了解病灶的周边及毗邻,对于完善术前评估具有重要的临床意义。
Objective:To analyze the diagnosis value of the 128 -slice spiral CT reconstruction in the craniopharyngioma and im- prove the accuracy of diagnosis. Methods: Collected imaging data of 11 patients with eraniopharyngioma in our hospital from January 2008 to June 2012, which was confirmed by surgery and pathology. Estimated the value of each lesion score by a scoring method and investigated whether there were significant differences between conventional CT axial images and axial CT combined with multi-planar reconstruction by the paired t-test. Results: Of 11 lesions, there were eight cases on the saddle; two cases inside the saddle; one case joint the saddle. The comparison of axial CT combined with multi-planar reconstruction and conventional CT axial images had statistical significance. Axial CT combined with multi-planar reconstructions is better to display the location of the tumor and adjacent. Conclu- sion: CT combined with multi-planar reconstruction can significantly increase the diagnostic imaging information and help to understand the surroundings of lesion from a muhi-angle, which had considerable clinical significance to the preoperative evaluation.
